The long term goal is to eliminate substandard housing; Our Mandate, describing Millard and Linda's dream, still applies today. "To provide affordable and adequate housing for God's people in need by mobilizing local communities, volunteers, and material and financial resources in wide-ranging, inclusive partnerships and to support, encourage, and empower those affiliates to build affordable homes in partnership with needy families".
